Inspection in manufacturing is a check during the production process. Manufacturing inspection can cover the entire production process, from incoming inspection of materials to final acceptance of finished products. Control of special processes (welding, heat treatment, protective coating, non-destructive testing, material testing, etc.) during production helps to ensure that they are carried out correctly, and thereby ensure quality of product. Product quality checks during manufacturing can be carried out at control points established by the manufacturer in the inspection and testing plan, as well as at control points established by the buyer of the product. This inspection approach helps to control product quality via eliminating causes of defects immediately after their detection, and prevent the shipment of low-quality products to the buyer.

Pre—shipment inspection is a step taken by the buyer to check newly manufactured products before they are shipped to the buyer. Pre-shipment inspection allows the buyer to eliminate any problems with the order before the payment is made and the products are shipped. Since the goods are checked before shipment, the buyer can withhold the final payment until he is sure that the quality and quantity of the goods meet the requirements of the contract.

The purpose of the goods loading/unloading control service is to ensure that the goods are properly loaded and secured, regardless of whether they will be transported by container, ship or truck. The Loading check may cover:

- checking the quantity and dimensions of the cargo.
- verification of traceability of products – including verification of production codes, serial numbers and warehouse numbers on the packing list or invoice.
- checking the condition of the packaging.
- checking the cleanliness of vehicles or containers for, for example, garbage, insects and parasites.

- checking the cargo fastening in accordance with the requirements of the contract/order.

As a result of the inspection, the buyer receives a report documenting any damage to the goods detected during loading, photographs of the packaging and loading processes, documentation about the container, vessel, vehicle and seal number. After the end of loading, at the special request of the client, we seal the containers with our own seals to reduce the risk of hacking, theft and substitution.

Unloading control includes checking the integrity of the package before unloading, checking the marking and dimensions of the goods with packing lists or invoices, and witnessing the unloading process to avoid disputes over determining the responsible party in case of damage to the cargo.
