We are launching a Financial Management training in construction for market professionals. This is an excellent training based on international standards for estimating the cost of construction, on the construction and application of financial management in construction, on assessing the feasibility of a construction project using financial instruments.

Format: Offline/Online
1. The course is designed for a month in online and offline format:
1.1. The first day of the training: offline training in Almaty, 8 hours.
1.2. Four weeks online: 2 hours 2 times a week after 18 00 pm.
1.3. In the fourth week: offline training in Almaty - 8 hours.
2. Every week we meet online by video and tell the training material, answer your questions.
3. By the end of each week, you receive homework for each Section.
Training Sections:
· Section 1 Purpose of accounting and reporting.
· Section 2 Assets and liabilities. Sources of financing for construction projects.
· Section 3 Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) - Profit and Loss Statement. Profits and losses – Contractor's report. Capitalization of assets – questions of the Developer.
· Section 4 Cash Flow Statement - Cash Flow Statement. The relationship of cash flows, financial result and financial condition of the company.
· Section 5 CVP-analysis and management decision-making in construction.
· Section 6 Assessment of investment attractiveness of construction projects (NPV, IRR, PBP, DPP).
· Section 7 Assessment of investment attractiveness of construction projects (NPV, IRR, PBP, DPP)
· Section 8 Features of budget management in construction
